HOW TO GET THERE

Ferryboats to the Island of Elba leave everyday from Piombino harbor (mainland Italy) to Portoferraio (Island of Elba) from early morning to late evening (40' to 1 h crossing time).

Once in Portoferraio Villa Montecristo is reachable within a 20/30 minutes drive.

BY AIRPLANE

Piombino harbor (ferryboats departure to the Island) can be reached by bus or by rented car from Pisa Airport (1 hour driving) or Rome Fiumicino Airport (2 hours and 30 minutes).

You can also fly directly to Elba through Marina di Campo Airport (10 min. drive from Villa Montecristo).
